Key Responsibilities:

  - Data Entry and Maintenance:

  - Accurately enter and update information in various databases.

  - Verify data by comparing it to source documents.

  - Review and correct any errors or inconsistencies in data entries.

Data Organization:

  - Maintain a well-organized and updated filing system for both digital and paper records.

  - Sort and prioritize work to meet deadlines effectively.


Data Verification and Quality Control:

  - Cross-reference data for accuracy and completeness.

  - Ensure that data entries are consistent with company standards and guidelines.


Document Handling:

  - Prepare, compile, and sort documents for data entry.

  - Scan and upload paper documents to a digital database.


Reporting and Communication:

  - Generate routine and custom reports based on the data.

  - Communicate with team members and supervisors about discrepancies or issues.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and data management software.

- Strong typing skills with a minimum typing speed of 50 words per minute.

- High attention to detail and ability to spot inconsistencies.

- Good organizational and multitasking abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Previous experience in a data entry or administrative role.

- Familiarity with database systems and administrative software.
